У статті показано вплив цифрової індустріалізації на національно-укорінений розвиток. Узагальнено прогнозні оцінки міжнародних організацій щодо економічного зростання в Україні. Акцентовано увагу на впливі війни з Росією на економіку України та можливі наслідки цього впливу. На основі аналізу динаміки експорту за галузями показано зростаючу провідну роль ІТ-сектора у забезпеченні доходів бюджету країни. Змістовно проаналізовано основні показники діяльності, фактори сприяння та гальмування розвитку ІТ-сектора, його діяльність у забезпеченні цифровізації економіки країни. Висвітлено потенційні ризики цифрової індустріалізації для національно-укоріненого розвитку. Обґрунтовано роль уряду у просуванні цифрової індустріалізації. Зроблено наголос на перевагах створення цифрових інноваційних хабів для вирішення комплексних проблем цифрової трансформації регіонів. Висвітлено зарубіжний досвід цифрової трансформації економіки та приклади його використання в Україні.
The article shows the impact of digital industrialization on nationally rooted de-velopment. Generalized forecast estimates of international organizations regard-ing economic growth in Ukraine. Attention is focused on the impact of the war with Russia on Ukraine’s economy and possible conse&quences of this impact. Based on a by-industry analysis of export dynamics, the author shows the grow-ing leading role of the IT sector in promoting this country’s budget revenue. The main indicators of activity, factors promoting and inhibiting the &development of the IT sector, and its activities in ensuring the digitalization of the country"s economy are comprehensively analyzed. The potential risks of digital industriali-zation for nationally rooted development are highlighted. The role of th&e govern-ment in promoting digital industrialization is substantiated. Emphasis is placed on the advantages of creating digital innovation hubs for solving complex prob-lems of digital transformation of regions. The author highlights foreign experien&ce of the digital transformation of the economy and examples of its use in Ukraine.
